“Booked a week in 30A and had Polished Chef cater three evening events: 4 course dinner with wine pairing, seafood boil at beach bonfire, and dinner on the yacht. Chef Nathan, Chef Robert, and Carmen were fabulous to work with for each. All menus were farm/sea to table fresh, prepared on site, and presentations were on point. Working with Chef Nathan and his team was professional and personal. Over the top flavors and food. Chef prepared dinner for 9 adults and 8 children under 6. Absolutely incredible. “I found the Polished Chef on Google and filled an inquiry form out, for my party of 6. The next business day, Chef Nathan called me and was so personable and knowledgeable; it felt like talking to an old friend. He wasn’t all business, but instead took the time to converse with me and get to know me. First impressions are everything and I knew I found the right private chef company before even tasting the food. Chef Robert arrived right on time and prepared a four course plated meal for my party, and we were all BLOWN AWAY. Who knew a Caesar salad could be so elevated and taste so delicious? Each course was thoughtfully created and the presentation was perfection. Everything from start to finish was exquisite, and Chef Robert was so friendly — even letting one of our small kiddos do a taste test of his delicious polenta! Nobody went to bed hungry that night, and oftentimes I feel that is the case with coursed meals. It was the highlight of our 30A spring break and we cannot wait to book again. Having someone prepare the food, cook, set the table and do ALL of the clean up is the ultimate treat. Next time, I want to try the wine pairings and host my in laws (couldn’t indulge this time due to pregnancy)! Thank you for a wonderful experience that we will talk about for years to come.”

“We had the pleasure of having Chef Robert and Hunter at our Bachelorette dinner in 30A. It was such a wonderful experience and everything was amazing! Chef Robert and Hunter were awesome with hosting and ensured we were all comfortable. The food was delicious and prepared with so much care. Compliments were given to the Chef across the board with each dish offered. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of fruit in my salad, but wow oh wow, Chef Robert blew me away with the pairing and vinaigrette! In addition, Hunter’s drinks were the cherry on top to the private dinner experience. And I must say, his signature margarita is very much memorable that you must try!
