A popular option for weddings are our small and delicious grab & go appetizers. Hor D’oeuvres make a great addition to any wedding and the Polished Chef allows you to customize your own menu and have as many as you’d like. Choose from our famous chilled seafood pirogue, wagyu meatballs, ceviche, charcuterie board, jumbo lump crab cakes, and more. You can choose from various savory and sweet options tailored to your guests’ dietary needs.

Buffet Style

Another option for dinner is buffet/family style where guests can serve themselves. Buffet style is a great option if you want a more casual dinner vibe. We bring the equipment necessary for the food such as chafing dishes to keep everything warm. You can choose a classic menu with an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, sides, and dessert, or if you want something more casual, a taco bar with all the sides for everyone to choose is always a fun option. The Polished Chef will ensure the buffet station stays clean and stocked throughout the dinner period.

Plated Style

If you want a traditional wedding dinner, you can choose 3-6 courses for your guests to enjoy. Everyone will be served individually for each course at their tables, you can build a menu with our team to provide different options for each guest. If some would like a juicy wagyu filet mignon but others want a local fresh catch, we’re happy to accommodate. Your menu will always be customizable with the Polished Chef and you can make it exactly how you’d like. From appetizers, salads, soups, entrées, sides, or desserts, Chef Nathan will have plenty of options everyone will love.
